Russell Bristow


Russell joined the Ampito Group as it started in 2006, excited about the opportunity to be part of a start-up and develop a new type of managed service partner. His consistent approach to sales and an ability to build lasting relationships with clients saw him be successful in many different sales roles throughout his time at Ampito, adding management, ownership and leadership responsibly to his remit as the business continued to grow. Today, as Chief Revenue Officer at the Ampito Group, Russell is responsible for our sales strategy and growth plans and operates as the sales leader for our talented sales team. He continues to spend as much of his time as is possible with customers, listening to what they want from their managed service partner to ensure we meet the sales and service standards our clients, and our heritage demand.

Outside of work, Russell is a husband and father of two boys, and is lucky to share his interest of sport, the outdoors and computing and gaming with his children (and on occasion his wife). He is a volunteer football coach, enjoys mentoring others in business and industry and has participated in many diverse charity endeavours over the years to support causes close to his family and friends.
