Ampito’s Thrilling Weekend with Pata Prometeon Yamaha WorldSBK

Ampito’s Thrilling Weekend with Pata Prometeon Yamaha WorldSBK

Motorbike racing is synonymous with speed, precision and agility. As the Official Technology Partner of Pata Prometeon Yamaha WorldSBK, with Andrea Locatelli and six-time world champion Jonathan Rea riding for them, and Title Partner alongside Pata Prometeon Yamaha for their WorldWCR entry, Beatriz Neila, Ampito had a thrilling weekend at Donington Park. Our partnership with Pata Prometeon Yamaha allows us to showcase how technology can enhance performance both on and off the track, as well as how we understand the importance of adaptability and quick decision-making. Just like Jonathan Rea, Andrea Locatelli and Beatriz Neila, Ampito thrives in a dynamic environment.

For Ampito, this was a weekend of firsts. It is our first year sponsoring the Pata Prometeon Yamaha team, so seeing the Ampito logo displayed on the bikes, riders’ leathers and team trucks highlighted the fantastic platform this sponsorship provides for promoting awareness of the Ampito brand. The weekend also provided the opportunity to invite partners to witness the adrenaline-fueled races first-hand. Two of our guests shared their experience:

“I spent an incredible weekend hosted by Ampito Group and Yamaha WorldSBK at the Donington round of the World Superbike Championship. I had the rare opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the logistics and planning it takes to move a World Superbike team across the globe throughout the season. I was truly impressed by the organizational efficiency, problem-solving, communication and attention to detail demonstrated by the team. There are certainly many valuable lessons to be learned from them in these areas! Many thanks to everyone involved for this unforgettable experience!”

“A weekend to store in the ‘Best Weekends’ memory bank. Massive thanks to the Ampito team as well as the wonderful folks in the Pata Prometeon Yamaha Official Team for hosting.”

Beatriz Neila, riding for Ampito / Pata Prometeon Yamaha in the WorldWCR, delivered an outstanding performance. In Race 1, she secured a remarkable 2nd place finish. Her determination and skill were evident as she claimed the fastest lap, putting her in pole position for Race 2. Beatriz embodies the dynamism and precision that Ampito values. The excitement didn’t end there. Jonathan Rea achieved his first podium finish for Pata Prometeon Yamaha in the Superpole race. His achievement echoes Ampito’s commitment to excellence—whether it’s optimising your IT networks or conquering the racetrack.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Paul Denning, team principal of Pata Prometeon Yamaha, and the entire Yamaha team. Their hospitality and collaboration made this weekend truly special. We look forward to more thrilling races and continued success together.
