Kerrie Hethersay joined Ampito in June 2021 as Group HR Manager. She is responsible for all elements of workforce planning, development and welfare within the group as well as overseeing the smooth running of the offices. One of her main areas of focus is ensuring that we hire and retain the best people with a big part of that being the successful onboarding of new employees as well as the creation and maintenance of their career development plans.
