Ampito partners with European Champion Beatriz Neila for the Inaugural FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship.

After the opening test for the Inaugural FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship, Ampito are delighted to announce our Title Partnership with Pata Prometeon Yamaha entry Beatriz Neila!

At last week’s testing for the WorldWCR riders in Cremona, Italy, Beatriz Neila’s team name was revealed as Ampito / Pata Prometeon Yamaha to reflect her alignment with Yamaha’s Official WorldSBK Team and teammates Jonathan Rea and Andrea Locatelli.

The 22-year-old law student from Madrid has switched gears to focus on her racing career this season and recently achieved podium results at the Spanish national R7 Cup series competing on similar machinery in preparation for the World Championship as part of a busy training programme. After winning four back-to-back Women’s European Championship titles from 2020-2023, Neila hopes her dedication to her craft will help her see success at the top of the brand new WorldWCR series.

That same unrelenting passion and ambition is what drew our attention at Ampito. We see Neila as a pioneer and role model standing out in a sport that has been traditionally predominantly male – her story and path resonate with our innovative, people-centric IT company.

Manny Pinon – Founder, Ampito Group:

As a company at the forefront of IT innovation, we recognise the power of diverse perspectives and the strength they bring to any field. Beatriz’s story is one of relentless pursuit and unwavering spirit, qualities that resonate deeply with us at Ampito. Her achievements in the European Women’s Championship are not just victories on the track; they are milestones in the movement towards greater diversity and representation. Supporting Beatriz in the World Championship is more than an investment in talent; it is a commitment to fostering an environment where every individual has the opportunity to excel, irrespective of gender. We eagerly anticipate the evolution of the series and are honoured to stand by Beatriz as she races towards podiums, victories, and the world title, breaking barriers and setting new benchmarks for women in sports and beyond.”

In an exclusive Q&A, Beatriz Neila commented:

“I feel super happy to be involved in this new championship with Ampito and the Pata Prometeon Yamaha team, it is amazing. I was searching for a long time for something like the WorldWCR – something to show the world what women can do on a motorbike at a top level. I’ve trained a lot to be ready, with and without my bike, in the gym, with my coach. I hope to have a lot of fun, to learn a lot, to improve. That’s my goal!”
